What we do - Four ways we help
You don't need an AI strategy to start. We start with what you already have.
- AI in your product. You have a product and users who should get more help from it. We build AI features into your codebase: search over your own data, summaries, classification or an assistant in the interface. It gets measured, tested and shipped like any other feature.
- Agents that do the work. A lot of manual work happens between systems: tickets, documents, follow-ups. We build agents that read, look up and suggest or perform the next step. They have clear permissions, log what they do and hand over to a human when needed.
- AI in your development work. Code agents make the team faster, but only if review and traceability keep up. We set up ways of working and guardrails so that AI-generated code can be trusted. We work this way ourselves every day.
- Secure and traceable AI. When an agent can read a system, it can also leak it. We turn security and governance requirements into concrete work: which data can be used, who approves what, logging, deletion and change control for prompts and models.
How we get started
A small first step. Then you decide.
1. Two-week AI check
We go through your workflows, data and systems together with you. You get one or two use cases worth building, with metrics, risks, what permissions it requires and a fixed price for the first version.
2. First version in production
We build a thin version that real users can use, with evaluation, logging and a way back if something goes wrong. Fixed price per delivery.
3. Operations and further development
AI features need looking after: models change, data changes, costs need to be kept down. We handle it with a monthly agreement, or hand over to your team with documentation. Your choice.

We don't really know what to use AI for. Is it too early?
No, that is the most common situation. The AI check is for exactly that. We start from where you spend the most manual time or where your users get stuck, and tell you straight if AI is the right tool or not.
What does it cost?
The AI check has a fixed price that you get before we start. The first version also gets a fixed price, based on what we find in the AI check. Operations and further development we handle with a monthly agreement.
Which AI models do you use, and where does our data go?
We choose the model based on the task, data requirements and cost, and we don't lock you in to one provider. We go through which data is sent where before we build. Where required, we choose solutions that keep data within the EU or in your own environment.
How do we know it works?
We agree before the build how to measure, with a metric tied to your work and tests on real examples. After launch we track quality, response time and cost in production.
What about the EU AI Act?
It depends on what the AI is used for. We help you work out which category what you're building falls into, and we build in the technical requirements: logging, traceability, documentation and human control. The legal assessment you do with your lawyer.
Who owns the solution, and what happens after launch?
You own the code, the prompts and the data. We can run operations and further development on a monthly agreement, or hand over to your team with documentation.
